When it was taken off road it had 135k on clock, at rebuild that clock failed and was replaced with used unit showing 68k, that jammed and has been refurbished and is currently showing 70k so we think the true miles on the new engine fitted is less than 3,000 miles.While being restored the car had the chassis refurbished and engine replaced with new 5L unit and refurbished gearbox5 stud hubs with upgraded brakes along with Spider wheels are fitted along with fully adjustable Protech shocks.Despite no receipts the car has clearly had a full respray as the paint is excellent, the MX5 seats retrimmed with TVR logo and the carpets replaced.New tyres were fitted in 2022 along with a new alarm and boot release as well as lots of other small items.Works and maintenance since rebuild all carried out by TVR experts at Xworks and more recently Jason and his team at Str8six who have just completed the last service on 27.1.25.
